As a UI/UX Designer, I worked closely with the founder to:
Identify core usability challenges
Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry best practices
Enhance navigation, consistency, and user experience
I crafted a fresh visual identity encompassing accessible color schemes, iconography, patterns, and typography, establishing the brand's distinct tone and voice.

Improving Navigation & User Flow
Users found it difficult to navigate between tasks, projects, and team communication tools, leading to inefficiencies in workflow.
