Improving Navigation & User Flow
Users found it difficult to navigate between tasks, projects, and team communication tools, leading to inefficiencies in workflow.
I restructured the navigation system, introducing clear pathways that improved accessibility and ensured users could move effortlessly between sections.
Enhancing Usability & Consistency
The platform lacked uniform design patterns, making the user experience inconsistent across different sections.
I refined the UI components, established a design system, and ensured consistent interactions across the platform for a cohesive user experience.
