Jarik is an AI-powered SaaS platform that screens CVs and job descriptions instantly, helping recruiters identify the best candidates in seconds with transparent, adjustable scoring.
My Approach
I led the complete redesign of Jarik’s onboarding experience and core platform. I worked closely with the founder to identify usability gaps, structural issues, and areas where the product lacked clarity and trust. Through competitor analysis and UX audits, I redefined the product experience to make it more intuitive, transparent, and aligned with real recruiter workflows.
I created a fresh and consistent design system with accessible colors, refined typography, modern icon styles, and reusable UI components to ensure scalability and brand consistency.
Challenges & Solutions
Improving Navigation & Structure
The previous product had usability and consistency issues. I restructured the navigation and simplified workflows to reduce friction.
Designing for Professional Users
Recruiters work under time pressure. The interface had to be fast, clean, and distraction-free while maintaining depth and flexibility.
