Gigbase is an all-in-one SaaS platform that helps freelancers, solopreneurs, and creative agencies manage their entire business in one place. From selling services and managing projects to tracking time, sending invoices, and using AI to automate daily tasks, Gigbase streamlines the freelance workflow.
My Approach
As a UI/UX Designer, I was responsible for shaping the user experience and visual language of Gigbase. My goal was to create an intuitive platform that simplifies project management, client collaboration, and business operations while maintaining a clean, modern, and scalable interface.

Key Challenges
Bringing Multiple Business Tools Into One Platform
Gigbase combines project management, CRM, invoicing, contracts, communication, time tracking, and AI into a single platform. The challenge was organizing these features without overwhelming users.
Simplifying Complex Workflows
Managing clients and projects involves many daily tasks. The challenge was designing efficient user flows that allow freelancers to complete their work with fewer clicks and less friction.

With many interconnected features, maintaining consistency across the platform was essential to build trust, improve usability, and create a professional product experience.
