Synapse International is a cutting-edge SaaS recruitment platform transforming traditional hiring through AI and a growing recruiter network. Synapse Recruiter Network (SRN), combines the power of automated AI agents with over 1,000+ active recruiters to deliver a scalable and efficient hiring experience. The platform automates sourcing, outreach, screening, and coordination—while keeping the human element through high-signal recruiter referrals.
My Role
As a Senior Product Designer, I led the complete UX/UI redesign of the Synapse platform. My goal was to improve functionality, user engagement, and trust across both admin and recruiter interfaces. This included a major overhaul of the onboarding experience and integrating powerful AI workflows within a clear, user-friendly UI.
My contributions included:
Complete UI/UX Redesign for both admin and recruiter dashboards.
Streamlined Onboarding Flows that guide users intuitively through setup and account activation.
AI Agent Interface Design allowing users to easily manage automated sourcing, outreach, and candidate submissions.
Systematic Design Language to create a consistent and professional visual identity.

Two-Sided Platform Complexity
Balancing the needs of recruiters and platform admins meant designing custom workflows and dashboards tailored to each role.
Legacy UX Overhaul
The previous platform was inconsistent and fragmented. I redefined structure and usability from the ground up with a scalable design system.
End Result
The redesign positioned Synapse as a modern, scalable, and intelligent hiring platform. The refined onboarding journey reduced friction for new users. The AI workflows I designed gave users confidence and control over automation, leading to better engagement and faster recruiter-client coordination.
