Rayz is a custom e-commerce platform that allows users to personalize products with their favorite designs. From caps and shirts to hoodies and more, customers can choose a product, add a print design, and have it shipped directly to their doorstep—creating a seamless print-on-demand shopping experience.
My Role
As a UI/UX Designer, I designed the entire Rayz e-commerce platform from scratch, focusing on creating a simple and engaging experience for both customers and the admin side. The platform allows users to choose from pre-defined products and print designs, combining ease of use with a visually appealing interface.
My contributions included:
Designing end-to-end user flows for both the customer and admin sides.
Creating an interactive product preview experience for users.
Using Auto Layout to ensure a seamless transition from design to development.
Challenges Faced & Solutions
Two-Sided Platform
Designing for both customer and admin sides required a clear structure.
I created an intuitive interface for customers to select and preview products, while ensuring the admin dashboard was efficient for managing designs, orders, and inventory.
Development-Friendly Design
Since the team was developing on their own platform, I used Figma’s Auto Layout with a responsive fill layout structure—making it easier to translate the design directly into code.
End Result
The final design delivered a clean, user-friendly shopping experience and a powerful admin system. Auto Layout made development faster, while the structured design ensured visual consistency across all screens.
Overall, Rayz became a smooth and modern print-on-demand platform ready for scalable growth.
